You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

VAVAN is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access due to your negligence.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

Uploading malicious code or viruses.

Using the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities.

Reselling or redistributing the Services without written consent.

5. Data Ownership & Privacy

All data entered into VAVAN by you or on your behalf remains your property.

We do not sell, share, or monetize your data.

You grant VAVAN a limited license to store, process, and transmit data solely to provide the Services.

6. Payment Terms

Services are billed on a subscription basis, unless otherwise stated.

Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable, except as required by law.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Subscription & Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Upon cancellation, access to your account and stored data may be restricted after 30 days.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

VAVAN may perform scheduled maintenance, during which Services may be temporarily unavailable.

9. Limitation of Liability

VAVAN provides the Services on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We are not liable for:

Loss of profits, revenue, or data.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform software, trademarks, and content are owned by VAVAN.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written consent.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time via the dashboard or by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, CA.
